ancestral Posted January 24, 2015 (edited) Hello, My 3rd MOC, again a modular is here. -3500+ pieces excluding interior design. - Uses 3x 16x32 baseplates, a corner building - Funtional stairs on each floor, each floor de-attachable - Standart fitting points for other mocs, standart pavement - Higher stories than classic modulars. beeman101 Posted January 24, 2015 Now that is phenomenal !!! Beautifull realistic looking modular building.......Can't wait for what you have planned for the insides...
Off the wall Posted January 24, 2015 Everything works. Color, size, design. You managed to get a very interesting look with plenty of texture and detail while using a modest variety of parts and colors. One of the best MOCs that I've seen. The detail on the roof is exceptional. The poor little 'grand' emporium is not looking so 'grand' compared to your MOC. :-)
Chilis Posted January 24, 2015 Niiice! I love it, looks very authentic!
MusicaRibelle Posted January 24, 2015 Quite spectacular. Any pictures of the back? What kind of offices do you have in mind? It looks like a great build that would be worth exhibiting at a brick conf. Congratulations!

ancestral Posted January 24, 2015 Quite spectacular. Any pictures of the back? What kind of offices do you have in mind? It looks like a great build that would be worth exhibiting at a brick conf. Congratulations! Nothing much to see at back, just a backyard door on 1st floor. But i will put some pics on and maybe with some modifications. Also it would be nice to see roof equipment from back. 1st floor will be like a reception, maybe a turnstile gate. And open office. 2nd floor will be 2 or 3 rooms, or maybe also open office. Have no idea about roof :) Just waiting Bricklink order as im missing some glasses and utensils. Dont want to rip off anything from my modulars.

Tobysan Posted January 26, 2015 Wow! Love the colour scheme and the huge amount of windows. Great architecture design as well. Nicely done!
peedeejay Posted January 26, 2015 I like it! Nice usage of colors. I also like the simplistic, yet very smooth looking architecture. Feels very realistic.
ancestral Posted February 2, 2015 A bit busy nowadays, i finally managed to complete interior. Not as good as i've imagined but here it is. Also forgot camera at work so photos are a bit low on quality. Don't have much time to improve any more, this will be kept as it is. Maybe later after all the trips etc i have to take, i could change and improve interior, at least reach same quality as outdoor design. Our office belongs to Banana Corp, as an Equador business, corp vision is laziness, and slow work at its best. Wasting an entire 3 floor building, they manage to keep up with company rules. Advertisement not necessary really, just a banana on the door would suffice. Office cat, obsessed with office parrot. Many unsuccessful hunting attempts have been made. Springfield, new market for Banana Corp delivers "ordinary" news to our assistant, who keeps an eye on target markets. Company culture should be kept alive, more talk, less work. Technician disassembling Christmas tree and ornaments, its February already... Entire 2nd floor, wasted just for general manager and his assistant, only in Banana Corp. squander more! Careful, eyes may be watching, but no fear such dirty windows that image is blurry at best. Theres a snowstorm outside, hanging in office with tees on, only in Banana Corp. More than enough conditioners. Smoke break, let the other technician work of course.
