Sunder Posted January 19, 2015 SF-32V is a short range interceptor, designed to fight against small fast moving targets. It’s armed with two rapid-fire railguns. Modular design provides opportunity to repair this starfighter very fast. Its thermonuclear engine is based on open cycle. So it’s not economical, but provides great thrust, compact simple and not heavy, that is ideal combination for a combat vehicle. However it limits its range. Due to it, SF-32V hasn’t got advanced life support system, just a pair of oxygen tanks and a carbon dioxide filters. That’s enough for short missions. CS-32 is a light cargo shuttle, based on interceptor SF-32V. It’s not armored as its “father” and has no weapon. It has huge heavy but very economical closed cycle engine. It uses not only products of thermonuclear reaction but also inert propellant, which is accelerated by colossal heat of reaction. Open cycle engines don’t use this part of energy. Krikkit Posted January 19, 2015 I know that there are loads of elements that I should praise you on in here, but the one that blitzes me is the cockpit layout! So easily modular! Brilliant!

Laura Beinbrech Posted January 31, 2015 Excellent Heavy fighter, Sunder. I especially like how you gave it a working ejection seat (something that entirely too many LEGO fighter craft, including mine, are sadly lacking). The cargo version is also really nice. I was wondering, based on the size and the fact that you have a cargo variant, if you were planning on making a dedicated bomber version as well?
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted February 1, 2015 This work is really impressive! The rendering is the icing on the cake! I love the different modules and the bright colors!
Sunder Posted February 2, 2015 I started building bomber, but it was too simmilar to fighter. So I've given it up.
