MOC: Protector of Rapture

Recommended Posts

Had this idea ever since I got the protector of water. Haven't yet thought of a proper name yet. Basically I wanted people to sea a protector that looked like a Big Daddy from the Bioshock games. Hope he makes ya bubble with ADAM-induced glee!

(sorry for all the bad puns and references, I'm really trying okay?)

I love this build. It is simple and looks like BIONICLE, but still clearly evokes the appearance of a Big Daddy. The use of Carapar shells is also an inspiring touch for me; I never knew that those oddly-blended shells could look so good alongside gold.

Idea stolen loving the gold and blue!

Glad to see I wasn't the only one with the idea :)

Thanks! Even odd parts like those shells have their use.

This is an awesome moc! Unfortunately, I couldn't really get into Bioshock. I played 3/4 of the way through the first one and got bored. It was awesome for awhile when I played alone in the dark so it was all scary but after awhile you get powerful enough you don't have to worry about the enemies and then it became boring for me. That being said, I still really like the concept and the enemies and setting.
