HELP! San Francisco Victorian House Painted Ladies

Recommended Posts

Hello to everyone.

I'm desperately looking for pictures of the rear of the famous Painted Ladies in Alamo Square.

I'm trying to make them as modular buildings, but even if I bought some books I've never found any pictures of the rear.

What lies there? Where no one has eventually been?

Does anyone has some pictures or can take some pictures of the rear?

Thank you in advance.

If you use Goggle Maps and look around 979 Grove St you see the steps going up behind those houses.

Best of luck 'kevin8' ! :classic:

Unluckily what you can see from there is a narrow view of an upper part. I've already seen it..

Thank you anyway!

Maybe someone from Frisco can help.

That's okay, you totally need a local for what you want......there are only front views of those town houses.....again good luck. :classic:

Hello Kevin! I saw them live, but only in the face ... I also have a photo of my house but unfortunately not in the back. If you need the front let me know.

Bye, Sandro

The same for me. When I've been in San Francisco I took photos of the facade. Never thought somedays I would need the rear view...

How about this view?

Oh. This is simply exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!

Unluckily they are less interesting as I thought... :sceptic:

Try this (via Apple Maps)

Good luck!

This is another interesting view.

Thank you!

"Unluckily they are less interesting as I thought"

Yes, the rear side is less beatiful. I would be surprised otherwise, but I actually think it renders the build more interesting.
