Brickus Posted November 14, 2014 Hi everyone this is my first review on eurobricks, first of all I apologise for the image quality on some photos. Here we go. Front of the packaging. Back of the packaging. The included sticker sheet. The front of the instructions showing ideas on how to use some of the stickers. Instructions, fairly simple. Parts included, unfortunately the torso is of Chinese origin. The blaster sub-model. Pot Plant Groot. Rocket Front. Rocket has arm printing and side leg printing. Rocket from the back, notice how the short legs aren’t two-colour molded like in The Simpsons Minifigs. Completed Set. I think this is the best version of Rocket, definitely one of my favourite GOTG figures, it is a shame this figure is relatively hard to get a hold of. Comments and criticism appreciated. WarSquirrel Posted November 14, 2014 Thanks for this review, I was wondering why the stickers where included until I saw this. I noticed you are from Australia too - could you please tell me where you got this?
Brickus Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) Thanks for this review, I was wondering why the stickers where included until I saw this. I noticed you are from Australia too - could you please tell me where you got this? My good friend Bricklink, although I did have to pay a pretty penny for it. Bob De Quatre Posted November 14, 2014 Never thought I'd say that one day, but that stickers sheet is really nice! I hope I'll be able to get my hands on some of this polybag! I'd like to make a racoon army
SandMirror38 Posted November 14, 2014 I'd like to make a racoon army I get one first, then you can Great review, all the figures really do look great next to each other. In my little setup I have Rocket sticks out like a sore thumb and so does Groot, so I customized my own one and need to get this rocket
Steph 104th Posted November 14, 2014 Thanks for the great review, this is defiantly one of the best minifigures of the line, the printing is phenomenal
Borador Posted November 14, 2014 All that detail on one minifigure is just fantastic. Those arms AND legs... I mean he looks as good from the side as he does from the front. The same can't be said for too many figures.
ResIpsaLoquitur Posted November 16, 2014 Anybody know where all these sticker are supposed to go? I plan to put the "Awesome Mix" stickers onto some 1 x 2 tiles and I put some of the stickers on per the instructions...but there's a lot left over. I may put the cracked stickers onto some 2 x 2 sidewalk tiles in my City for some sidewalk variety.
TheBrickHitHouse Posted November 30, 2014 Surely this figure features the most printing ever? Front, backs, legs (front and side) and arms! Delighted with this fantastic set, great to complete the prison escape gang
Im a brickmaster. Posted December 2, 2014 I found a whole bin of them at my local TRU and bought two, just in case! Have you added any of the stickers? I sparingly put a few on my Milano and it does add some nice extra details
Vorkosigan Posted January 6, 2015 No offense meant to Brickus, but I took some more orthogonal photos. Click for high resolution.
Holodoc Posted January 7, 2015 So the only thing we need to know is: Where can I get this little mischief?
fred67 Posted January 7, 2015 Toys R Us exclusive... as far as I know they are all sold out, so Bricklink is likely the only way (or a trade here, if you can find one).
sologuy369 Posted January 7, 2015 I remember when I was a raccoon... good times. Nice review!
Vorkosigan Posted January 7, 2015 So the only thing we need to know is: Where can I get this little mischief? The polybag was only $5.25 USD + shipping on ebay, bricklink is $7, but I'm not sure the best deal in Germany.
