I want to play some racing with my kids. What would be best modules and controlls to get from bricklink (not expensive)?

I 'd like to have 5 cars (4 minimum) that could be controlled by separate RCs and don't affect each others. Nothing special besids that (forward backward and turn left/tight in >1m radius).
