Hi all,

Just thought I'd share an idea I had to display my mid sized Lego Star Wars ships.

They're not the prettiest, but they're quite discreet which is why I like them:

It's as simple as getting an empty 1.5L bottle of water, and cutting the top and bottom parts off with a Stanley knife. The fun part is cutting the top part (The part the craft sits) into angles so you can pose your vehicles in more dynamic 'action' shots, like banking and stuff.

It helps if you cut large teeth into the top parts so the craft actually sits into something rather than precariously balancing on top.

Not tried this with anything big, but I see no reason why multiple stands can't be used for bigger craft.

Thanks for looking ^_^
