I've been clearing out my Lego to get rid of a bunch of it I'm not using any more. I'm just wondering what the best price I should offer to sell it for. I have 3 containers and 2 are full and the other is half full.

The container dimensions are 16 1/2 inches long, 12 inches wide and 5 inches tall.

One thing to keep in mind is most of the bulk lot is Bionicle pieces. Mainly from 2005 to 2009.

I won't be shipping the Lego since I know that the cost to ship it will be more than what I think the bulk lot is worth.

That's a hard call; I guess most times people set a price by weight, but frankly it seems like everybody's got some bins of Bionicle they'd like to get rid of. I tried giving away some for FREE in the pay-it-forward thread, even offering to pay shipping, and still didn't have any takers except for the masks.

It's true there is not much demand for Bionicle parts right now. However in ten years or so those kids who grew up playing with them will be into their 30s which is when a lot of people tend to start looking to acquire the toys they had as kids. You can see that now with the high prices Classic Space sets are bringing.

So maybe hold on to those bins of Bionicle parts for another decade. They might be worth the price of shipping by then...
