Since no one else acted on it, I had little choice... Simple palette swap of 60035 with minor police mods (way to put criminals on ice!). I thought adding the green stripe was a nice Arctic touch. Naturally, there had to be a baddie as well. I could probably keep going with this, but since the community created the joke, I now challenge the community to come up with your own Arctic Police MOCs!
