AudiBobaR5-D2 Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 Now I don't know if this is in the right place to discuss this, but I was wondering what parts would be perfect make a custom Fallout 3 power armor custom minifigure. Been interested about this for some time, as well as playing the game some 6 years ago and wondered about trying to create a minifig of this armor from the game. Now plans are to paint the minifig in gunmetal grey, but not too sure of what parts would be the part of this complex custom. Thanks Quote
Yzalirk Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 My man! I'm also looking to do the same thing as well. I'm assuming you'd like to do something like this: If you'd like to, I'll list the parts you'd need to get and you can read here if you'd like to know more. If you want to make just a regular Brotherhood of Steel Knight, you'd just need to do a different color scheme. Quote
AudiBobaR5-D2 Posted August 9, 2014 Author Posted August 9, 2014 Yes please. Any chance you can list the parts at all. Thanks in advanced Quote
Yzalirk Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 I'll list the parts that are believed to have been used in this one. A helmet like this (it doesn't matter what color because you'll alter the color) The tubes are from this and tip of the tank is used on the front as well The armor is a modified version of this with one of these cut in half for shoulder pads The torso is this but backwards The legs are these Any other questions, let me know. Sir_Ragash Posted August 14, 2014 Posted August 14, 2014 I used the armor from Brick Forge, and added to it the Green Stuff. Details painted Tamiya paint. Quote
AudiBobaR5-D2 Posted August 14, 2014 Author Posted August 14, 2014 (edited) Thanks for the advice Behemoth and Sir_Ragash. Will have to decide which one to follow, grateful of the help. Which gunmetal or similar paint would be accurate to the games version? Acrylic or something different? Edited August 14, 2014 by AudiBobaR5-D2 Quote
