Hello to everyone on Eurobricks.

I am David, or BattleSausage from Canada. Like the majority of users I started building Lego when I was a child. I started building with the 80's space sets that belonged to my older brother. If we ever built together I was not allowed to use his space pieces instead I had to use the unwanted bricks.

As I grew older I was given my first Lego set the Forestmen's Hideout 6054. This was the first set that I built on my own. I recently read the review from 2012 http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=70995 oh the memories.

Fast forward years later and I am 36 with two wonderful daughters aged 1 and 2. I have been buying Duplo sets for them and been buying a few sets myself. Currently I am enjoying the Superhero lines both DC and Marvel, also the Lego Movie sets and finally the lab set from the Ideas line. Well done Lego for bring women into the lab!

As for other hobbies other than enjoying Lego, I run daily with my children, I play football (soccer) and I enjoy video games.
