Even with all the great tactics and combat experience, he always stated that there existed someone out there that was better than you; that's why he always forced all of his students in the School of War to practice frequently and why he drilled us so often." "From time to time, he and I debated the strategies used in previous battles as we relaxed at an aqueduct. Even in our greatest victories, we still could see flaws in the tactics. Some of those flaws could have saved countless lives, but sometimes the losses were necessary to ensure victory. Other times, we simply recounted tales of battle or adventure."
