Hive Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 Hi I'm considering making my first lego.com purchase, to get the amazing (but expensive) 10236 Ewok Village. In that connection, I'd like to become a VIP member to get points - but it seems that I cannot get myself a membership unless I do a purchase. So my question is this: will I get the VIP points for said first purchase, or does it only count onwards from the next purchase? I've never bought such a big set at full retail price before (in fact, it's about twice as expensive as the biggest sets I've gotten so far), so if I'm to do so, I'd at least want the VIP points for it... 62Bricks Posted August 5, 2014 Posted August 5, 2014 You are supposed to get VIP points with your first purchase, but when I joined online while completing a purchase I did not get the credit. I contacted support and they were able to put the correct credit in my VIP account and they even gave me a little extra for the inconvenience. Quote
