It seems that there should be an official LEGO Designer's video for the Santa's Workshop.

Maybe I just missed it, maybe I just forgot about it, maybe I'm having a senior moment. Who knows, but if there was (is) an official video will someone be kind enough to point me to it?

Thanks,

Andy D

... I don't believe official images are out yet, all we have is the one I posted months back.

I'm pretty sure we have an official thread for the set, maybe ask there? I'm not sure they've announced it.

it seems LEGO designers are visiting Eurobricks too often ;)

And even a better one at flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/28901644@N05/11211291953/in/gallery-akunthita-72157627713023124/

These are nice mocs but I think the original poster was looking for a video made by TLG announcing this years Winter village set: Santa's workshop. I am pretty sure it has not been released yet.

I thought this would have been merged with the winter sets topic ? :look:

Yep! That's the one. I always look forward to the designer's videos.

Guess I'm just too early for this one.

The official press release and designer video is now available. Brickset.com has it on their website. Here is the link:

Shouldn't a mod post thiss on the frontpage?

On a side note, i was surprised to see Marcus (I think that's his name, the designer of the Arkam Asylum) design this one. I didn't think he worked on Creator stuff but more on licensed stuff. Looks like a great set, definetely day 1 stuff and I am in the camp of people appreciating the brick built reindeers!

I'd consider it but the reindeer are disappointing and inconsistent. They need unique molds like most other animals at this point. :/

No, they don't, this is Lego, not Playmobil.

Hahaha! Damn, that's funny! Because it's true. I don't like some brick built animals, but I love these reindeer.
