G2lego Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 I'm in the UK and have only ever had positive experiences with Customer Services. The first page of this topic seems to be both a mix of experiences with Pick-a-Brick and Bits and Pieces, and a mix of reasons for using the latter. Consequently I'm not sure if people (mainly in the US?) are having an issue with just B&P or both, or if it's just replacement pieces via B&P, or what? I'm slightly concerned at the idea of being flagged for over-use of these services as I was thinking of them as "you pays your money, you gets your bricks". Indeed, i have hit both services fairly hard in the six months since my Dark Ages came to an end, but only once for a missing piece. The rest of the orders were clearly large purchases for MOCs or sets that I missed buying retail. So do I need to be worried and/or dial it back? Or am I just confusing people talking about "missing parts" from B&P with "I want to buy a piece" from B&P? Apologies in advance for any "noob-ness". :) Quote
TheLegoDr Posted August 8, 2014 Posted August 8, 2014 I don't think making purchases will raise any red flags. It is when you complain and require missing pieces or broken pieces to be replaced at no cost to you is when you get flagged. They'll take your money all day long, but they don't want to give anything away. Quote
BrickBuilder3213 Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Does anyone know where I can get a replacement sticker sheet for a set, other than Lego themselves? My Bulk Drill Machine didn't come with one... Quote

My Bulk Drill Machine didn't come with one... BL or Ebay. I had a very bad condition sticker out of the box. I wrote to LEGO and got my replacement. Quote
