First attempt to build a 9V engine in a tram from set 8404. I'm pleased with the result. It is only a bit higher then the original design.

Dismantling the tram

Get rid of the small wheels and install trainwheels & adapt. Only used 1 trainwheelset cause otherwise the tram will derail.

Enlarge the centerpiece, so the 9V engine fits.

I already tested them on a 9V track. Now, how to make a decent modern train/tramstation. :classic:

Spare us that! That will mean blacked out windows (yawn) and a shiny black dome thingy sticking out on top. Hooray for good old 9 volt! :thumbup:

PF just takes to much space, as i have seen on YouTube. I still can use all space for seats.

I'm not a fan of the 9 volts, but you have Made a good work... Finally somebody can see this tram run faster than a bullet!
