First off, I apologize if there's a recent discussion on this. I wasn't able to find a recent discussion on the topic and the Eurobricks search said, "The following search terms are not allowed and were removed from your query: rcx, mac."

I'm looking for an RCX 2.0 compiler and driver for OS X. I don't have any Windows computers, which isn't very convenient when dealing with the RCX, apparently.

Is there anything out there that still works in the latest version of OS X, preferably something similar to C that doesn't use Java? (I probably won't have enough options to be picky though.)

Thanks!

Thanks for the info, guys. Unfortunately, it seems that I won't be able to run MacNQC because it's a PowerPC application, which is no longer supported.

I installed Windows XP in VirtualBox. I haven't yet had a chance to check whether the driver will work in the virtual machine. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Thankfully, XP recognized the tower just as it would an unknown device if I wasn't using a VM. But Bricx is giving me an error message saying it can't connect to the RCX. I think I have to install an additional driver. I'm looking for that now.

I found it by searching Google for rcxdriver.zip.
