I got that too, when I ordered that set. Personally, I was happy to get an extra Indian style horse, as I have dozens of the plain white ones.

I remember this. TLG actually realized the error before they shipped this set out and included the correct horse in the box (I don't remember if it was bagged by itself or came loose in box). You might want to check your box again just in case you missed it.

LEGO provided the horse separately and not in the box. Would be cool if they included in the box..:-)

Well, for me this indian horse is useless as I dont have any indian sets...but it does look nice

I remember getting the correct horse (added after TLG discovered their error) in my set and a quick check of Lugnet.com from back in the day also confirms that this was true for other FoLs. Perhaps an initial shipment went out before TLG added the correction?
