Help with LEGO S@H order! (Europe)

Hello!

I have never before ordered on LEGO official shop and I wanted to order for the first time, but ran into some problems.

Now I want to get that Spaceman freebie since I really love it so I thought why not order for the first time....

Anyhow I ran into problem....

I live in Slovenia a country inside EU but we have no physical LEGO store (or online) closest one is from Austria (nearby) but when I sign in on LEGO and I sign up for VIP and put stuff to buy it only shows me the Chima freebie and no spaceman..... so I thought maybe i need to finish VIP sign up during 1st purchase (which asked me to do)

BUT when I come to checkout and shipping I cannot order shipping to Slovenia??? I checked and it seems shipping is only closed for a few countries in Europe (Slovenia is not listed) and I have my country set in setting yet it still wants to ship only inside Austria (or inside Germany)

So what I would like to know is:

1. Can I even order from S@H? (or in other words has anyone ordered inside EU from S@H and has no country online shop)

2. Can i even sign up for VIP and get the freebie?

3. If neither above are no: Is Spaceman freebie shown before paying with my credit card?

3. It is, if you are VIP member

LEGO S@H will not send to Slovenia and will not register VIP card to Slovenian adress.

I raised that issue at TLG several times and answer was always the same: we will tell you if and when will be possible,

There is workaround, not exactly legal, but TLG pushes us to do it:

-you need adress in of the countries with S@H

-go to store, request VIP card, put in this adress

-after receiving email, register your card

-go to store, make purchase,

Its easier if you know someone with actual adress in S@H country. Just order to his adress and he can resend parts to you.

So it seems now I have to find someoen wou would be so kind to order and ship me the stuff :P

Really annoying that LEGO refuses to ship to all EU countries..... way to eat your business :P

My (UK) S@H orders never ever work. It simply won't process my orders. So I opened a new account and signed up for VIP a while ago and guess what, that doesn't work either, no spaceman in the basket. So lame. I really wanted frax and the spaceman but I guess it will be eBay.

I have made couple of orders on German S@H while still being in Lithuania. The bad thing - LTG is shipping only to the country where you've made an dorder. The good thing is that LEGO don't mind you being in diffrent country - it is even saying so, if we cannot ship you - find who (I believe they mean friend or family ember, not a company) can receive a package for you and then ship it to you.

As for VIP - you need to have address in the country you are making first order, as card should be shipped there. I managed to lost my card, so while registering new one I explained to person from CS my situation - there was no word against it.

Please note: the Classic Spaceman Minifigure product page will only appear on LEGO.com/shop once you have completed your online VIP Registration and are signed in with your LEGO ID. Customers joining the VIP Program via LEGO.com/shop will will qualify to earn LEGO Classic Spaceman Minifigure, 5002812 at initial sign up, however the set will not display as part of their order during the checkout process.

Its not what he was asking. Surely you can order from German account to German adress, but not directly to you adress.

I even ordered from Croatia, with german account to swiss adress - without problems. But to country without S@H - no go. Same goes for registering VIP card.

Even Here, Lego SH still not supporting to send to my country directly.....and if i ship it to address they ship then resend it to my country, i will be sucked with huge $$$ for shipping...this is a problem i am facing in which i am hesitant to make any order there!
