Sir Brickalot Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I'm absolutely speechless, and jealous. That's the best use of those new joints I've seen! And also, Green Arrow Quote
Ultron Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Wow this is nice! I love the ground effect. But I think it's safe to say Thor would probably win Quote
TheLegoDr Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I'm guessing Thor would win against a lot of people. He is a god after all...And Mjolnir seems like a good weapon to have. Quote
vitreolum Posted June 26, 2014 Author Posted June 26, 2014 Thanks. Yeah most likely an unfair battle. :)) But I had something different in mind with arrow when I started building and decided to keep him here when I made this instead. Quote
Captain Nemo Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 This is pretty crazy; but it looks great! Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 The effect is just so awesome......Brick On 'vitreolum' ! Quote
Ikkad555 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Splendid work. The joints actually blend in really well here and look like smaller chunks of rock! I'm not really sure about the choice to just have Queen hanging about there, though. The choice of a battle between Thor and him seems out of the blue. Maybe a more fitting character, likely a Marvel villain, would have been better, or maybe if Green Arrow had his own effect to justify his inclusion. Is that GA for real, by the way? Is it an actual copy of the exclusive fig? Or i it actually.. a copy. Of that fig. Quote
vitreolum Posted June 27, 2014 Author Posted June 27, 2014 Thansk. :) Indeed, I realize it's a weird and not very good choice of casting, nor does he have the proper expression, but as I said previously, my initial idea was to build a GA vs Black Archer vignette. But after messing around with the joints I made this instead and kept him there. It's the real deal, the crowning piece of my minifig collection. Quote
rosalind14 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Love the effect that it creates! Well done! Quote
iamwhoiam Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Amazing MOC! That was the last we ever saw of Green Arrow... Quote
Adolfo Posted July 7, 2014 Posted July 7, 2014 Very cool effect and made with usual bricks. It's an inspiration to all. Congrats! Quote
the lego dwarf Posted July 13, 2014 Posted July 13, 2014 I like the way you have the ground breaking apart overall it is a fantastic little build. Great work Quote
ShadowWolfHount Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 (edited) Really good MOC, love the use of mixels parts and I'm pretty sure that Green Arrow is going to have a lot of broken bone :P Edited July 17, 2014 by ShadowWolfHount Quote
