I agree with the others, that is quite an improvement, especially with the stream and banks :thumbup: I'm looking forward to the completed build :moar:

Great job, this is really looking good. You've definitely sold me on your use of dark tan, and the water does have a nice shallow look with the light blue rounds. This looks like some first class landscaping, I look forward to the finished product!

I have to agree with Gabe though about the source of good landscaping, nature has it's own ways of doing things and it's simply about recreating those on a baseplate. The internal structure technique SK and Gabe mentioned is definitely a key, that and having a ton of earth-tone elements, but otherwise you've got the whole world to use as an example.
