First time posting under pirates so hopefully this belongs here. Plus I figure no one is going to know ships like the boys and girls in the pirate forum. This is my first ship build so be gentle with me :)

It started out life as the Lotr Pirate ship but I've always wanted a Fantasy Airship, so as this was the only ship I owned, it was vultured.

So here's The Banty Rooster:

Unloading some contraband.

Same but from the Starboard side.

The stern. Note the Rooster "carved" into the wood :D

And the "life boat" I'm calling a Cloud Cutter.

Out flying around.

And secured to the back of the ship.

I haven't completed the "cabin/captains quarters" area yet as I'm not sure what I want to do. Anyway, have a look around my flickr stream and please give me some constructive criticism.

Very neat idea. I don't have that set built. It's still in the box. But this is a good use of the pieces. I still don't quite understand steampunk-esque things, but this seems to fit in nicely with what I have seen.

The only difference I would make (which is something I do to my ships) is make the deck fully covered instead of open like most LEGO ships are.

But I like the engines/fans.
