Lego Atlas and P-Body (Portal 2)

I'm trying to follow this tutorial: LEGO Atlas and P-Body.

I'm searching the ids of the pieces in order to buy all in the store bricklink.com

I've searched several bricks ids (see the image below). But I do not find some pieces:

In the step 1: The items tagged as torch clamps

In the step 9: The black parts (cup and clamp)

In the final photos, the bricks needed to build the red turret.

Please can you help me with that?

Any ideas of the pieces for the small turret? Basically I need the lateral weapons and the hips/legs
