Missing Free Polybag

Hello, I was wondering if anyone placed one or more orders in June, and did not receive the free Balloon Cart. I did exactly that, but I did not receive the Balloon Cart, but it did show up in my order, and is even printed on the receipt. I did get one when I ordered the Fairground Mixer when it was available for early release in May, for VIP's.

Regardless what it says on the receipt: Are you sure you went above the 55 euro threshold?

Of course, in Australia we had to spend $100. I spent $200. Would it be because I got one with the Fairground Mixer?

Well they should give you free polybag with each order which is above certain amount of money spent (untill polybag are in stock). If it is on your receipt then you should have one, so it looks more of a mistake. I'd probably call Customer Service, rather than speculate here.

Free polybags with orders @S@H is limited to 1 polybag per household. This is mentioned in the conditions.

^It is mentioned in the conditions, but most often they will still send you another one with multiple orders.

When I bought Orthanc last summer, they put in the Chima paper saying try out this free Chima set (the one that EVERYONE received). Only I didn't get a Chima set, only the paper talking about it. I called the customer service number and they said they would send one out to me right away. Sometimes they take care of you, other times they hassle you.

But I'd still recommend calling them and letting them know what is going on. It is possible they ran out already? Martian Manhunter (more wanted than a balloon cart, I know) ran out really quickly. Maybe they didn't make a lot of them.

There is always the 'while supplies last' caveat..

I got one this week when I bought something at the Lego store near me. I should be getting one also in the S@H order I placed..weeks ago, finally should arrive today, I hope.
