talos Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 So how do some of the bigger online lego set reviewers on YouTube seem to get sets that are not available yet? I'm talking about Jangbricks and Brick Queen, a few others I've found. Do they have some sort of connection? Just curious if anyone knows... Quote
Holodoc Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 I don't know 100%, but they wouldn't be able to do reviews of yet to be released sets if they weren't sponsored/supported by LEGO. So, yes, they DO have a connection. Quote
Risgrynsgrot Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Some are supported, however Jangbricks just orders his stuff from Europe (it usually releases earlier there than the US) Quote
AFOLguy1970 Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Some of them also go to Toys R Us the very first day the set appears, which is often a couple of weeks ahead of the Lego Store/S@H release date. They go home, build it right away, and make the video as quickly as they can. Quote
