[MOC] 125cc Go-Kart

Lego have made many go-karts since the release of Technic, however with the last one being released 5 years ago, I thought it was time for a new one.

Features

- Steering (controlled by the steering wheel)

- A functioning disc brake (lever behind the drivers seat)

- Tubular chassis, similar to that of a real go-kart

- Look-a-like 125cc Honda engine

Looks similar to the last official one (same wheels I guess) but the engine looks way better. I guess Lego don't build an engine like that as it reduces the playability. This is a really nice model Should be an official set I reckon

I recently saw the excellent "Senna" movie about the race car driver & it had a few home video clips of him racing go karts

and of course, the planet clearly needs a 6 wheeler go kart

I recently saw the excellent "Senna" movie about the race car driver & it had a few home video clips of him racing go karts

Since building that go kart, I've been thinking about replicating Senna's DAP Racing kart from the early 80's. Also, a go kart like the old Tyrrell F1 cars would be great!
