Best Bricklink stores for minifig parts?

What are your favourites? I can't find any recent recommendations.

When I had to make a particular big order I found that this store had pretty much everything I needed:

Not always the cheapest but actually not that far off... and considering I got everything I needed in one place it was cheaper postage wise that heading out to five or six different stores
