It is a sensitive topic with (some) AFOLs, but today I blogged about my look at some of the clone brands.

That is, I`m still 100% pro our beloved danish bricks, but once in a while I allow myself to get astray, mostly well, because they have a certain license and I don`t have the skills to build something from that franchise out of scratch...

I am open to non-Lego brand bricks... Some I have used are virtually equal to Lego quality. I think the more people accept non-Lego brands the more pressure there will be on Lego to stop increasing prices or even pass savings onto customers as they make more materials in China and Mexico.
