There is a description in PF RC protocol v1.20 about how to use extra address to extend receiver, I tried code in bibo to test, but never successful to use extra address for receiver.

Does anyone do it successfully?

"I tried code in bibo to test" can you elaborate on that, looks like chinese to me ;)

Apart from that: if something is in a protocol, that doesn't mean that the devices that use the protocol implement all features.

Well, Bibo is a new RCX os like brickOS, there is code to implement using extra address space for receiver, I tried that code in my RCX to use extra space receiver but not successful.

aha, that was a new one for me, C-like I reckon?!

I should try that extra address space using Arduino, but I'm afraid that the problem is that both the current receiver and the remotes don't incorporate it.

Bibo is an alternative firmware for the Lego Mindstorm RCX brick. It is very similar to BrickOS, but uses a completely redesigned task scheduler and interrupt manager. If you're not already familiar with BrickOS, you should read their tutorials and howtos. Bibo is mostly compatible to BrickOS.

I don't use RCX anymore so not very useful for me, it has a uC that is too old for my taste. Some yellow bricks are just lying there as a legacy ;) Arduino is so much easier, but of course doing it with RCX is also a nice challenge and I appreciate your quest :)
