legoman19892 Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 (edited) Most of us probably can't do our business without the use of a smart phone, ipad, laptop, or maybe even reading the warning labels on deodorant, but do any of you have LEGO bricks set aside to play with while you sit on the throne? I am to afraid of dropping pieces accidentally. Edited May 7, 2014 by legoman19892 Quote
emilstorm Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 I must admit, I actually sat there one time and sorted a box of parts, but that's as close as I get. I do however check eurobricks almost everytime, many of my best posts were written there... Quote
ronenson Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Reading eurobricks most definitely, but actual building nope Quote
Boettner Builds Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 I'll thumb thru instruction books and the monthly calendars. But not build. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Indeed, I like to flip through old (or recent) LEGO catalogs while on the john… but actually using bricks, I'm not sure how that would work out. Quote
Paul B Technic Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 but actually using bricks, I'm not sure how that would work out. What happens if you drop one? Quote
obsidianheart Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 Sorted minifig heads in there once. I was ill, and had a lot of organizing to do. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 What happens if you drop one? A new take on the old game 'Go Fish' Do you build with LEGO while using the bathroom? Too distracting Quote
AyliffeMakit Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 (edited) Running out of topics to start I see? Anyway I don't actually build anything there, but I do usually take a Lego catalogue or an issue of Brickjournal to read. However, if I'm holding a small model like a car or something I'll just place it on the shelf at the other side of the bathroom and look at it while sitting down. legoman19892 Posted May 8, 2014 Author Posted May 8, 2014 (edited) Running out of topics to start I see? Exactly the oposite actually. Edited May 8, 2014 by legoman19892 Quote
tedbeard Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 Yeah, no. Why you should stop using your phone in the bathroom Quote

AncientDayz Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I never thought about this possibility ...thanks for ruining the idea of buying used bricks ever again! Lol ...yuck! Quote
Dr Leg O Brick Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 (edited) Never! I wouldn't even think about having bricks on the toilet. And I've never used a piece of technology either, it's too risky, both health wise and money wise. Edited May 9, 2014 by Dr Leg O Brick Quote
jluck Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Do I build in the bathroom?! I'd never do such a thing! In the shower, however... Quote
EazyBz Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 I am a clean freak so wouldn't really work out! Seems like it would be more of a pain to try to build legos under that situation lol. Quote
bacem Posted May 10, 2014 Posted May 10, 2014 nope, not for me. i don't want to risk dropping my lego pice and having it mixed with human organic residue.... Quote
richwoodrocket Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Reading euro bricks on my phone when dropping the kids off at the pool, but Legos? No. I'm not that hardcore. Quote
Maniac4Legos Posted May 13, 2014 Posted May 13, 2014 This seems like a personal yet hilarious question. Simply, I do not build with LEGO in the bathroom, and I can simply explain why. -What if the LEGO get filthy? -Who can concentrate with building while in the bathroom? -Where do you build while using the bathroom? I'd rather not get answers for these questions, they are rhetorical. Have a good day Maniac4Bricks :) Quote
