Having trouble loading pictures for contest

I am trying to load pictures for my sci-fi contest entry. I cannot get the pictures to load. I have read many tutorials. I decided to just post a link to flickr and put one picture on. But it has a 20 kb limit and I cannot fit an image on with that. When I first started the post said I had 100kb limit, but now it says 20kb. What happened?

You can't host your pictures on EB.

To display an image in your post, you have to host it on a website like Flickr, and then either copy the link to the file and use the "Image" button to add it to your post, or on Flickr you can use the "Share this photo" button, select "BBCode" and copy the code they give you and paste it in your post.

If you can't figure how to do it, just post your entry with links to your pictures on Flickr and I'll edit it
