Kumbbl Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Hi all crawler pros, one question: could you recommend a crawler with really good playablitly - regardless if an official set (9398 or 41999) or a MOC? if latter one then a MOC with available BI would be prefered... Which one would you recommend concerning crawling performance? Thanks in advance. Quote
vmln8r Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I would start with 9398; it teaches you the basics and then you have all the basic parts to build your own, 'better' one. Quote
squizz Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 How about Madocas new model? Two speed gear box, lights, XL motor for drive, servo for steering. It ticks all the boxes and he is a master at making great models and great instructions. Cheers Pete. Quote

Moyalmas Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I started with the 9398... just got a second one 2 days ago! Since then, i've built the model B (wich i think is much cooller than the A eheheh), the quad, and recently, built the Land Rover Defender 90 that suits like a glove in the 9398 chassis. Quote
