Problems receiving online pick a brick order. Am I an isolated case?

I'm due for a lot of dental work(imagine roughly 14 extractions, including a few that'll probably be surgical in nature, 3 fillings, and i'm getting upper and lower partials and i'm only 25! Curse of the genetics.) and learned recently it'll be monday morning. Earlier in the month(on the 3rd) I set up a lego shop order for supplies to keep me busy. And shortly after that, part 1 of the order(the non-pick a brick stuff) got shipped out and arrived and on the 8th, the PAB stuff was shown as picked in strycow.

Here's my problem: There is NO data past that showing up. I tried emailing lego a little over a half a week ago and my concerns got blown off since it "takes time to get overseas" and i tried emailing them 2 days ago with no response and emailed them again today.

Look, i get it takes time for this stuff to get to the united states but i know from past PAB orders that some level of shipping outside of the strycow message WOULD be available.

then on the 20th i placed a second order(just the main shop) for 2 extra friend turtle bags, an easter bunny, and got my hands on 2 free polys(rapunzel and friends bakery). Guess what? That order just arrived about 20 minutes ago and STILL no new tracking data for the PAB stuff!

I could understand it not being here yet since it does take time, but what i refuse to understand is why is it 16 days after shown as being picked up in strykow, there no new tracking data!

I'm not sure, but I've heard of this happening quite a bit. I'd recommend calling them with an order number instead of emailing. You'll get better results. I've waited for over a month before with nothing and when I called them they said that the order was cancelled. Completely unbeknownst to me. Now obviously yours were shipped and are stopped up at a point. Is that strycow due to customs? I'd imagine things can sit in there for a long time before anything happens. I've received overseas orders really quickly (less than a week) and other times they are really long.

Sorry for the dental work. That doesn't sound pleasant.

I have seen it say "Picked up in Strykow", and three weeks later get the shipment without any other update. I live in TX, and it it usually takes 3 weeks. You are pretty close to that time, therefore I would not worry just yet. If it goes into May without seeing the shipment or at least getting an update on the tracker, then I would give them a call.

I had an issue like this not long ago. My PAB order never showed on the Shop @ Home order status listing for my account, and after several emails back and forth with customer service nothign really came from it. I did get informed of when my order shipped and they gave me a (non-working) tracking number when I asked for one, but in the end, it was the oddest thing that the PAB order status was non-existant in my order records. My order was placed 4/1, shipped 4/4 and received on 4/19. Apparently the longest part of the shipping time is the processing through customs which is very weird since I have ordered items for other countries and they have arrived in way less time than the PAB orders. US Customs must think that these orders from TLG must be of no importance, or something that has to be over-processed.

finally got an email back. So said, the packages were shipped out from the poland warehouse that day but there was a "delay" shortly afterwards that they only "recently" learned about and that the packages should start moving "shortly". and they gave me a $15 credit on my VIP for my troubles.

I have no plans of using the online PAB again but i will use the main online store since the buys that i want to make during the summer will be less of a hassle to buy online then playing the waiting game for the walmarts to eventually get the sets in.

Whenever I have ordered online pab is always talks a long time. Anything sent overseas is likely to be delayed by customs.

Strykow is in Poland and the location of a lego factory. Not sure why PaB comes from that particular factory, might just be its main function.

LEGO online PAB is terribly slow for me in Canada. Took a month or so last time.

Same problem happened to me, and my order took a month and 2 weeks to arrive. The problem was Lego`s part which they admitted when I called to find out what was going on. Although my order was charged they forgot to send my order details in the system but they cleared it up after calling.
