Mike S Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) One of the vehicles for my Galaxy 3000 project: The antiquated Microtronics Sentinel Mech. A solid chunk of metal but definitely not the most sophisticated of mechs. However this model is fairly cheap on the secondhand market and easy to maintain. Edited April 23, 2014 by Mike S Quote
-Horizon- Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 Preview for my Galaxy 3000 project: I will upload more photos of the mech later. [snip] Nice looking mech you got there Mike. I really like how you used Hero Factory element for the thighs and arms. Can't wait for more pictures. Quote

DuckBricks Posted April 25, 2014 Posted April 25, 2014 Wow, great parts usage for the taser! Never thought the part resembled a gun, but it fits perfectly in your MOC! Quote

It looks to me, like he used the Ninjago's Kai Fire Mech for most of the parts. Can a mini-figure fit in it? Quote
LOTRfan Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 It might be to much to ask, but could you please post instructions? This looks great! Quote

It looks to me, like he used the Ninjago's Kai Fire Mech for most of the parts. Can a mini-figure fit in it? Yes, Kai's Fire Mech was inspiration for this. However the "shoulders" and HF plates are about all you could make out of two Kai's Fire Mech sets. And yes it does have a fully furnished cockpit complete with steering and aiming controls that fits a minifigure. It might be to much to ask, but could you please post instructions? This looks great! Thanks! I plan to eventually make directions for all my "Microtronics" line available for free probably in LDD format so that they can be further customized. I have two more vehicles in the works, a dropship and a watercraft. Lego time is severely limited atm so not sure when I will complete them. Also have a 48x48 Microtronics base fairly well along in its building stages. Quote

Keep on brickin' Mike! EDIT: will the instructions be posted on your flickr stream? Edited May 3, 2014 by LOTRfan Quote
