With that much slack, it is 'normal' to expect the bhread to jump now and then. In real machines, (dozers) this happens too, though rare.

If you want to avoid it, just remove the slack by using some spring-loading mechanism. Dozers use hydraulic cylinders to 'tighten' the track drives.

When i make it tight,i get similiar problem,but i will find some solution,cause if i get it right it need to be not so much slack or so much tight.:D

But old style tread dont have problem if it's so much slack.:)
