I wonder why, last week, I used LDD to design a robot and generated it, the pictures came out was in png files and the background of those pictures is transparent.

but today, i tried to design another one, the files are still in png extension, but the background is not transparent but grey...

Do I need to reset anything to change back to transparent?

Thanks

It seems that in the second picture you lost the alpha layer.

Maybe you resized the image using a software that don't support 32 bit images?

Or are you referring to the untouched images generated from LDD?

Maybe you changed graphic settings of LDD?

Try to figure out what happened among the first screenshot and the second.

may i know ow to change the graphic setting?

Did you use ctrl+k for the first and print screen for the second?

I tried Ctrl+K but its background is the yellow sandy picture.

From LDD options.

Or maybe you updated your video card drivers?

You have to take the screenshot in edit mode (the one with the studs grill as a base).

I tried several settings in prefference but it stays transparant.

I always take a screenshot by toolbox-take a screenshot.

This must be something like a glitch or so.

Did you take more screenshots?
