He had dark blue instead of Bright Blue. Quote

(They later changed the hairpiece when they did the penguin sub) The second Robin they did was Tim Drake's second costume. (Included in the Fun House) The third Robin they did was Damien Wayne (Included in the Steamroller) The Fourth Robin (The Juniors version) Is the second Robin with the first Robin's legs and a new head. They did two figures of Grayson, but both were Nightwing, they never did a Robin. Quote
