Just curious, does anyone know the story on this Batman minifig with blue cape & cowl? I found it on Bricklink (# SH111) but it doesn't make reference to any sets or gear or anything.

Thanks.

^ Good call. I didn't think of that. By the looks of it, that set itself is too new to even have an inventory entered into BL yet, and that's partly why the minifig isn't linked to anything.

It's the 1970s Neal Adams Batman. The 66 TV Batman had a cowl with smaller ears, a belt with pouches and capsules, and an entirely different logo.

I think the logo is spot-on, but the 2012 Batman was a better Adam West one. He had dark blue instead of Bright Blue.

Yup. Prolly gonna get it for Batman. Wish they'd do a proper Dick Grayson Robin.

Ikr? All the Dick Grayson Robins Lego's done are awful! They ruin the color scheme! Red shirt, Green hands and legs/hip, and flesh arms! That's all they need!

They haven't done a single Dick Grayson Robin yet.

The first Robin they did was Tim Drake's first Robin costume. (They later changed the hairpiece when they did the penguin sub)

The second Robin they did was Tim Drake's second costume. (Included in the Fun House)

The third Robin they did was Damien Wayne (Included in the Steamroller)

The Fourth Robin (The Juniors version) Is the second Robin with the first Robin's legs and a new head.

They did two figures of Grayson, but both were Nightwing, they never did a Robin.

I believe they meant for the Juniors Robin to be Dick He's actually closest. I think they were trying for his BTAS look.Which was actually based on Tim Drake's first costume.

It gets complicated.
