greenmtvince Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 Great job to you and everyone that contributed! I was wondering how LegoSteve did the wood siding on his old time coach. Very cool to see it as the build instructions for this issue. Quote
Dan-147 Posted March 17, 2014 Posted March 17, 2014 (edited) I had also wondered about the siding. It didn't dawn on me that the jumper plate hade been redesigned with a groove just like the tiles. Just goes to show how a small change on a classic part can open up new uses. Congrats to the whole Ralbricks team as well! Dan-147 Edited March 17, 2014 by Dan-147 Quote
Doom2099 Posted March 18, 2014 Posted March 18, 2014 Can't wait to read it all! Thanks to everyone who helped make it possible. Quote
PeterPNL Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Where is the article part 2 on PF trains controlled with an Arduino board? Quote
KringlesBricks Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 I really like the container instructions - inspired me to build my own. Quote
BCanilho Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Lets hope the next one brings an article of the Horizon Express motorization for two sets! Quote
grymg Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Lets hope the next one brings an article of the Horizon Express motorization for two sets! Wasn't this one straight forward? two train motors on the front loco, one with the polarity switch, and rebuild the technic axles in the rear loco with the regular train axles? I haven't opened my sets yet but that would be my first pass at it. Quote
baard Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Hi Nice read Thanks for the effort Looking forward to the next issue Baard Quote
TaltosVT Posted March 23, 2014 Author Posted March 23, 2014 Where is the article part 2 on PF trains controlled with an Arduino board? I need to email Johan for a status. I know he was working on part 2. If he has finished the article, we'll include it in the next issue. -Elroy Quote
Capt. Stabbin Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 I really enjoyed the article on shipping containers. I have made several of them. I was wondering if anybody knows where to get decals for the sides? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Quote
