PolkovnikOnTheWhiteHorse Posted March 8, 2014 Posted March 8, 2014 (edited) Hi everyone! Let me show you my new MOC, model of Ascension Church, which was built in 1528-1532 years. It is a masterpiece of world architecture, and the first stone church marquee in Russia. Place for the Church of the Ascension chosen on a steep bank of Moscow River. In the history of Russian architecture of the temple was the product, in terms of its formal perfection, unique and unrepeatable. Height of the church is 62 meters. The building is part of the museum complex "Kolomenskoye Estate", UNESCO World Heritage Site (1994). Photo of original bilding: Lego MOC: Height 62 cm model (that is a hundred times smaller than the height of the real building). 64x64-pin base. Well, that's all. Comments are welcome.
