Colossus Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 As per your request Cap'n, here is MM with blue hips and green legs! So... yeah. Not too keen on it myself. Honey, where's my paaaaaaàaaaaants? Quote
Repeter Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 As per your request Cap'n, here is MM with blue hips and green legs! So... yeah. Not too keen on it myself. I did this and like it 10x better. The printed legs just don't say "MM" at all, to me. I'd love some boots, though. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted March 4, 2014 Author Posted March 4, 2014 Honey, where's my paaaaaaàaaaaants? That's exactly what I thought Quote
B-Lister Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 It does make him look a bit more 'classic'. Can't say I prefer one look over the other though. Quote
sander1992 Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 I got mine today. It is a very nice minifigure. Next the Flash minifigure. I wonder which new characters will be produced in the coming years. Quote
Lyichir Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 According to the Aanchir I have sitting next to me, the cape looks to just be standard Bright Blue (classic blue) with potentially a bit of variation due to it being a textile element. Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted March 4, 2014 Author Posted March 4, 2014 ^ Ah, ok, thanks. Thought it was regular blue, but it looked a bit lighter. Quote
legomtron Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 (edited) *snip* Uh......where's Flash? Edited March 4, 2014 by ZCerberus Quoting the entire review Quote
Sir Brickalot Posted March 5, 2014 Author Posted March 5, 2014 ^ You obviously didn't read the caption to the last photo. Quote
BrickG Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Despite being a fan for many years I don't mind the pants. In fact I tend to prefer pants versions of heroes. Manhunter is good in pants. IMO Wonder Woman is good in pants (I'm kind of sick of how females have to be in bathing suits if they're super heroes ;p). Quote
B-Lister Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 I love the classic look for MM, but I already have tons of toys of him in that outfit. The new outfit is a good design. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Great LEGO movie reference. I'd watch that show too...Although after looking him up online, I much prefer the undies look. Those pants don't do much for me. Thanks for sharing. And I have no problem with Wonder woman dressing like that Quote
Sam892 Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 I prefer the full length pants, with just the blue hips he looks strange. Maybe if there was boot printing it would look fine, but with just blue hips he looks like MM is in to bondage gear. Quote

KCMatze Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Great figure, really a bummer that we don't get that in Germany, nearly every country around us does Had a phone call with a worker at a LEGO store yesterday, he didn't know anything about it and could not find anything in his computer either... And The LEGO Movie premieres April 10th. Double-bummer!! Quote
Captain Nemo Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Thanks for the photo Sir Brickalot! I think he looks ok. At least more classic looking then the way he actually comes. Boot printing there would really help out. Oh well. Quote
Legogal Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 KC, You will survive! (Glad you don't live in some unnamed states currently at war. Now that is a major bummer!) (The movie is worth waiting for, but if you are desperate, you can always ask your Chinese friends for a preview. ) Cheers! Quote
The Jersey Brick Guy Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 I placed my order on Sunday for the sets, they were out of the Batman Steamroller set again on Shop at Home, so I went with the Spider Copter set (totally just for the mini figures) and the Aim Lab set. All I need is that damn Steam Roller set now. Quote
Rinzler Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Please tell me Lego plan to release Ma'alefa'ack soon, please tell me Quote
Ultron Posted March 5, 2014 Posted March 5, 2014 Please tell me Lego plan to release Ma'alefa'ack soon, please tell me That's a doozy of a name. And considering it took them this long to release MM, don't get your hopes up. Quote
B-Lister Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Yeah, not likely we're gonna get a Z-List villain, when we don't even have Brainiac, or Ra's al-Ghul. Quote
B-Lister Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 My order should arrive tomorrow! Super pumped! Quote
Only Sinner Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 The printed legs are nice, I actually like both looks for MM. Can't wait to get one (or two). Quote
