Themadpatter Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I saw other themes had a thread, so here's one for the licensed thread. Mine was the Daily Bugle Attack, it was last year though. I love the set. 4 awesome minifigs and spiderman. Also an awesome build Quote
TheBrickPal Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 My most recent licensed buy is the Minecraft Microworld Village, without counting The LEGO Movie (LEGO's own movie) or Mixels (a joint creation between LEGO and Cartoon Network). Quote

Dayton Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 I got Man-Bat Attack, such a great set! Quote
B-Lister Posted February 27, 2014 Posted February 27, 2014 Agreed! The sad Man Bat cracks me up. Quote
pranas Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I always wondered why the licensed forum never had this topic before. Got The Simpsons House for Valantine's Day a few weeks back because I'm the luckiest man in the world! Quote
B-Lister Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 It looks like a fun and rewarding build, but too expensive for me. Quote
punkkid364 Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Joker's Steamroller. Great figs and a unique build. Quote
lord raphael Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Batman: Man-Bat Attack was mine. Quote
Lothos Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Joker's Steam Roller, Man-bat attack and the penguin set. One thing I've noticed for this wave of dc ness, no motorbikes, usually there is quite alot, guess they nixed that. Quote
B-Lister Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 The Robin polybag was the last one. At least for now. Motorcycles are a smart small vehicle for superheroes. Wouldn't mind a Huntress or Nightwing cycle. Huntress would give us some elements in Purple, and Nightwing, hopefully could be redecoed in blue. Quote
Mr Spielbrick Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 There's a sale (until 9 March) in the Dutch stores of Toys XL. I went to the Rotterdam Alexandrium one the day before yesterday and bought Shredder's Dragon Bike for only €20,- and Turtle Lair Attack for only €40,-! (Neatly completing one set of Turtles, since I already owned Kraang Lab Escape - the only main character I'm missing now is April.) Quote
Jahab Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 I bought the TMNT Shellraiser yesterday at Target for $17. They had three left. I wasn't planning on buying it, but at that price, wow. They also had the Council of Elrond for $7.98. I guess they're making room. Quote
Bricktimus Posted February 28, 2014 Posted February 28, 2014 Since Christmas, I have bought: Arctic Batman vs Mr Freeze, Riddler Chase, ManBat attack, Penguin Face Off and Jokers Steam Roller. Oh and the Spider trike vs electro, I have been very. Very lucky :) Quote
Boettner Builds Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 I have been buying up all kinds of LOTR and Hobbit! Target and Wal-mart have been having them on clearence and i'm going crazy! Quote
EVO97 Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Doc Ock Truck Heist at Walmart for $19.97. Awesome set! Quote
just2good Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 The miniature Batman Tumbler polybag. Not the most interesting polybag out there, but a cute one nonetheless. Quote
Zergos Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Spiderman trike thingy. Don't like the design, but I love the electro. :D Quote
Boettner Builds Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 Just bought ANOTHER Bag End from Wal-Mart I'm now up to 3! Quote
Only Sinner Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 My latest licensed buy was 76006 Iron Man: Extremis Sea Port Battle for $14. Cool minifigs in there. Quote
TGB Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I just ordered The Penguin Face Off, The Riddler Chase, Power Armor Lex Luthor and Metropolis Showdown and got the Martian Manhunter polybag. I haven't really bought sets in quite sometime, been focusing on my MOC but I wanted to flesh out my JLA minifigs, so I did in one shot. Quote
naf Posted March 7, 2014 Posted March 7, 2014 Lots of licensed buys over the past month... both in themes I thought I had little interest in. However, my wife is a huge super hero fan and we're both old school TMNT junkies. Super Heroes: Power Armor Lex Bat Cave Funhouse Joker Steam Roller TMNT: Turtle Lair Shellraiser Quote
