Lego is the ONE toy that I still have from when I was a kid, from my Police Headquarters 370 and Coast Guard Station 575, collecting up until the early 80's probably.

Ironically unlike with my other favourite toy lines when I was a kid I never felt the urge to (re-)collect Lego beacause I still have my originals. With the other’s I started off getting what I had when I was a kid, then carried on... for twenty years. I never had that starting point with Lego because, I don’t need to re-buy that nostalgia – I have it all in one big box right here :)

But.... the movie has finally drawn me in - it creates a pop cuture mash-up that’s going to allow me to mix my vintage sets with the amazing new Sea Cow and my love of Star Wars giving me... at long last an excuse to buy a Falcon!

Cheers!

Scott
