markus53 Posted March 1, 2014 Posted March 1, 2014 Hi Jesse, i drilled a hole of about 1.5mm into the side of the diff. The position is critical and has to be perfectly in the middle. Then i cutted a cross axle to the appropriate length and removed the cross wings at one half of the length. This end must fit into hole with only small clearance. The assembly of the gears is indeed a nice puzzle and described well above. Markus Quote
