sportinglife Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 I'd like an opinion about this train I'm going to build. It's made up by a first+second+restaurant+combined first+second+mail and bagagge http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=539868 Do cars look better in "high profile roof" (grey) or "low profile roof" (white). These cars are loosely inspired by SNCF OCEM. Suggestion welcome. Lenght 32 studs. Sorry I can't upload pictures here (Does anyone know why?) Quote
Spitfire2865 Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Brickshelf gallery isnt yet public. You can post pictures here if you first put them on flickr because flickr gives you the right format for posting pictures in the forum. Quote
sportinglife Posted February 10, 2014 Author Posted February 10, 2014 Actually it takea a while before they're accessible... Quote
Duq Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 You don't 'upload' pictures here, you link them like so: [img=http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/sportinglife/VSR/abd_high_profile_1.jpg] Which will give you: Make sure to click on your picture in Brickshelf to get the 'jpg' link, not the i=123456789 link. But as others have suggested, I would join Flickr if I were you... As for your trains, I don't know the original but I like the shape of the grey roof. Quote
Hrw-Amen Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 The grey roof is definately better. I think I have similar coaches on my old N Gauge layout and the grey roof is much more in keeping with the design of the coaches from what I can see. Quote
sportinglife Posted February 12, 2014 Author Posted February 12, 2014 (edited) Actually I do favour for high profile too... Thanks Duq for the links Edited February 12, 2014 by sportinglife Quote
