Dfenz Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Here is another recently created MOC finished just in time for Legoworld. Its a LEGO cinema in the shape of a grand piano and uses lots of chrome technic connectors and transparent pieces. It has a nightclub under the cinema section. Unusual features include LED underfloor lighting, curved walls and staircase, sliding shutters and an opening roof (grand piano lid) that allows the screen to be viewed. The cinema screen can play a LEGO Batman movie which is visible from the outside thanks to the unusual piano shape of the building and opening roof. Also of interest is the Bfenz built tree which uses lots of rare white tree limbs. They don't come cheap. IMG_6315 by Dfenz, on Flickr Here is another pic showing more of the interior. LAKAbricks Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Truly an original idea Dfenz. It looks even better in real life I'm happy I had the chance to see your MOCs (including Arnott's) at LEGO World in Copenhagen this Thursday. One thing is to see there in this forum, another is to see them right in front of you. - Just a shame, I missed the movie. But you can't be lucky all the time, can you? Quote
Redhead1982 Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Interesting idea to make a piano shaped building. You did a great job! Quote
