Sebeus I Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 (edited) A third submarine has been added, a red one this time More pictures later, this one goes by the name 'Swordfish', I built it in the middle of the night a couple of weeks ago . Edited June 28, 2014 by Sebeus I Quote
Sebeus I Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 (edited) The Swordfish, a reconnaissance submarine: I created the underwater effect by placing a transparent blue panel in front of the lens . The top of the submarine is detachable to reveal the interior, not that there is much interior, just enough room to fit a minifigure. More pictures in my brickshelf gallery. (I also updated the first post). Edited June 28, 2014 by Sebeus I Quote
Lady K Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I was absolutely thrilled to see these posted! You have done a fantastic job. I really like all three! What were the windows from on the Leviathan? I really miss the Aquazone Theme. Thanks for posting these! Quote

Thank you, I got the porthole panels from the 1997 divers theme, one of my favourites at the time. porthole panel corner panel I got most of them from this set. Captain Braunsfeld Posted October 9, 2014 Posted October 9, 2014 Very good submarines. And colorfull too! (I wonder what people would say if somebody used yellow extensively on e.g. pirate ships... ) The underwater effect has turned out well too, amazing to see all the red color disappear. The "swordfish" reminds me of Tintin adventures. Quote
