Hello everybody,

As the title says, I've been lurking on this site for as long as I can remember. According to faint memories, It's been around 7 years! Yuck, does time go by fast...:innocent:

But let's forget about that, since I've finally (finally!) decided to join. I think I realised that this year would be the one where I get closer to the (awesome) Lego community, including the famous Eurobricks! Well, without further ado, let's introduce myself shortly...

I'm a young AFOL, living in Eastern-french-part of Canada. (thus, sorry if I make any language mistake, for I speak french, but I'm doing my best and hopefully I'll improve more and more). I have to say that I was suprised at first when I discovered a topic entirely dedicated to Canadians and their canadian stuffs, but hey fellows, guess you have another trooper in your ranks; isn't it nice?

My Lego passion is the same as my lurker status, in a sense that I love bricks for as long as I remember. I was raised in the era of the first Star Wars sets, Ninjas, Rock Raiders, exploriens, etc. My own first set was (6899) - Nebula Outpost, which was destroyed at some point in the evolution of my collection, then rebuilt 10 years later! It still sits victorious on my shelf. Surprisingly, there was a glowy-mirror sticker coming with the set, and it's still glued to the piece! A little worn off, though... :look: My favourite themes are without a doubt Space and Action themes. Luckily, I think Lego has delivered greatly in those themes over the past years, with my favourites being Exo-Force (It was a really fresh concept), Space police III (weird that I don't own any), Agents (making a comeback! ), Galaxy Squad, and I could name more.

The "imagine" aspect of Lego has always been my favourite and most important aspect, and that's why I love themes that just go with crazy designs, wacky characters and amazing features. It's also why I still prefer MOC-ing than buying, but I still buy 1-2 sets a year nowadays. The thing is, my collection is now growing old with all these new cool pieces and colors coming out, and I feel it has come to the point where I decided to go to the "next step" of my Lego passion: expansion!

So here I am. I'm hoping to do a lot in the years to come, including feeding Eurobricks Action and Space forums (and maybe more) with cool Mocs (hopefully...), and who knows, maybe I'll go into reviews when time comes

For now, I'll stick to exploring Eurobricks with my new "member eye" and being active here and there. I'm still a bit lost... From lurker to member is a big change, you know!

Well, my adventure takes another step on this day. I hope to meet some nice adventurers on my trip!

(phew... that wasn't as short as I would have liked. Guess it sums up all of those years  )
