jamesed_1971 Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Hello everybody, my name is James, I am nearly 43 (next month) I live in Dover, in the UK. 40 years ago I started to play with Lego when I was 3, I had my dark age from the age of 15 to 22 when I started to buy 2nd hand Lego to build custom Lego spaceships, Lego Trains, Lego Ships. Lego Themes I like are Creator, Space, Train, Technic. Lego sets I have had brought for me or I have Brought include Set 4508-1 Titan XP Set 4955-1 Big Rig Set 4953-1 Fast Flyers Set 5866-1 Rotor Rescue Set 6752-1 Fire Truck Set 6862-1 LEGO Super Heroes Superman Vs Power Armor Lex Set 8070-1 Super Car I also like to custom build my Lego Models, I have built Technic cars including the set 8070-1 customized with IR Control (steering, drive and lights), ships, spaceships, trains, railway station and railway buildings, currently I have two models built, a 15 inch Lego Optimus Prime fully Transformable, a Lego LNER Flying Scotsman which is 18 inches long and 8 studs wide. The Lego Optimus Prime is due to be rebuilt once I can figure how to make posable legs for the Lego Model, as for my Lego LNER Flying Scotsman, I am planning to build a new chassis which will use BBB Wheels, XL driving wheels and small flanged wheels, I have ordered the wheels, just waiting for them to arrive. Other custom Lego Models I am planning are a spaceship called Scorpio from Blake's 7, this Lego model will be minifigure scale and almost five foot long, two foot wide and a foot high, and a Lego model of the Titanic which will be nearly 7 foot long, a foot wide and 2 foot high, both models will have over 10,000 pieces. Other interest are Console and PC Games (just brought a PS3 last Christmas so I can play the Tale of series (Grace, Xillia, Symphonia Collection (preordered)), Other Games I like are Trainz 2012, Skyrim, I also like to read, listen to music, watch DVDs, read comics. As for work, currently I am unemployed and up to last August I had my own Ebay and Bricklink Stores as I was self employed but due to not having enough money or stock, it wasn't successful, so both stores are temporally closed until I can save enough funds to buy a lot of stock for both stores.
