Subix Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Frozen is a great cartoon. Animation is superb, story is refreshing. I just had to do a sceene in bricks. It started with an Arendela castle and soon grew to full size diorama. Here are original castles: And what I did: More photos: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=539127 Quote
mpoh98 Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 This is great! I love the castle and the ice castle, well built! Love this movie as well! Quote
egg roller Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 This is just awesome. Love it. The connections for your lighthouse are creative, I always love miniscale ships, the house partway up the mountain, all winners Quote
Infernum Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Interesting micro! Nice forest and rockwork! Quote
kinggregus Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Not having seen Frozen, I can not relate this build to the film. I can however say that I really like it. You have achieved a great level of details for such a scale. Quote
kreimkoek Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 pretty! I should have used sandgreen for the castle roofs, like in the picture. Quote
LukeWarmTea Posted January 26, 2014 Posted January 26, 2014 I dig this, not only as a fan of the movie but also mainly for the detail achieved at such a scale. I'm not super keen on the black roofs - did the green look too much like the pine forest? That might be nice in a way, as the original castle settled into it's surroundings really well for such an imposing building, but I can see how you might like to avoid it. Quote
