BiohazardRacer Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 (edited) Hi everyone I wanna show you my Western star heavy wrecker with century rotator. The build took me almost 2 full weeks. Because i’m not so good at building my own gearboxes i used the standard gearbox from the 8258, the rest of the truck is completely designed by me. The crane has new front stabilizers and is completely PF driven and functions: rotating, elevating and lowering the boom and extension of the boom, it’s 38 studs long and extends to 69 studs. The rear lift arm is also driven by PF and has its own batterybox. The only function is lifting and lowering , the arm is 1x extending. The groundsupport on the rear is pneumatically lowered Because of the fact i cant upload any pictures, Moderators please tell me why??????? i know how to do it but it doesn't work here is my link to my brickshelf gallery : http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=539130 Edited January 24, 2014 by BiohazardRacer Quote
Rijkvv Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 You can't. The Brickshelf staff needs some time to check the pics I guess. You can either wait till they are public, or use the URL from the images themselves (an URL that ends on .jpg or something like that). Quote
Alasdair Ryan Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 (edited) It will take a couple of days for the link to be active,It is best to use another photo sharing site like flickr or photobucket. Edited January 24, 2014 by Alasdair Ryan Quote

Alasdair Ryan Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Yeb they work,if you use the "IMG"picture link you can get the pictures to show up. Your truck is very good. Their appears to be a lot of functions which I like in a model. Quote
BiohazardRacer Posted January 24, 2014 Author Posted January 24, 2014 underneath flap 1 is the handpump for the groundsupport underneath flap 2 are the switches for the liftarm and the groundsupport tell me what you think Quote
JGW3000 Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 Wicked cool, great job! I like they way you place the functions behind the flaps. I've seen it both ways, hidden and exposed, on heavy highway vehicles at local truck stops. Quote
camaudio Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 looks great, I like the steering angle Quote
